They have that definiteness, a purpose that they really know what they’re driving for, and they’re willing to back everything, to put everything on achieving that objective.
They put that energy, that motivation, that enthusiasm, that passion, into making things happen, and drive towards their goal.
And this oomph has an amazing impact on all of those around them.
Yes, they’ve got to be good at their job. Yes, they’ve got to know their stuff. But this extra bit of oomph is what really helps them to stand out.
