I may be wrong, but I don’t think so, not on this one.
If you are one of those people who is sensitive, easily offended, or takes things personally, you’re in for a rough ride.
The world is turning into a new phase, and for many it will not be pleasant at all.
When it comes to remarkable achievement, it is never possible to know the how until you have arrived. Most times, at the beginning, it doesn’t even look feasible.
If you fret or worry about the how too soon, you’ll never get moving, and never find the way to make it happen.
The most important investment of your time and energy is on creating a crystal clear vision of what you want to achieve. Then, convincing yourself that (by hook or by crook) you will achieve it, with unshakeable conviction. Read More

Everyone has a reputation, everyone.
A reputation is simply what other people expect of you.
What do people expect of you?
Unless you’ve put development focus on your reputation, chances are high that their expectations will be diverse, with different people expecting slightly different things.
Few businesses survive by confusing their customers. Businesses want to stand for something in the minds of their customers, and they spend millions building their reputations and brands.

All relationships hit the buffers at some point, both at work and in our personal lives.
Our ability to manage these problems when they arise has a significant bearing on our general enjoyment of life, and of the people in our lives.

Imagine a horse race where all the runners and riders are raring to go, itching to get started but uncertain which way to go. In this race, there is no clear winning post, nor even a rail to guide them round the course. Nobody is certain in which direction to race.
Then suddenly, one rider makes a strong and visible move in one direction, riding hard, with certainty. The others still can’t see which way to go, but worried about losing out, they start chasing the certain one, believing they must know where the finishing line is.

Yesterday was a prime example of this. My client all-but slapped his forehead as yet another simple concept landed. Concepts that he already knew and accepted, but had been buried in the maelstrom of confusion, distraction and stress.
Which is why I love my work as a coach so much. Being that independent outsider ready, willing, and able, to reflect back the blindingly obvious to help people make significant and effortless shifts in their thinking and progress.
