Like it or not, power is at the heart of the work of an influencer.
You may well dislike the notion of power. If so, you have probably seen and felt abuse of power. For sure, it can create much harm.
Power is the name of the game because it produces the capacity to influence, and all that is good in the world arrives as a result of influence.
At the very least you need to observe power dispassionately. Observe its nature, structure and results. Relate it to your objectives (for good one hopes) and then decide how best to use power towards that end.
