If you need more gravitas, reflect on an area in your life in which you have total confidence, because this is where you will exude gravitas.
In that area, you will know exactly what to do, how to react to others, and you’ll be calm and self-assured – confident.
Pull it apart. Why is it that you have that high level of confidence? Is it skills, experience, knowledge, relationships? Why are you able to convey high levels of gravitas?
Then ask, how can you apply these insights to another part of your life? Or better, to all parts of your life?
A little hint. Once you have substance, gravitas is mainly a matter of mindset.
